According to FMLS records, 75 homes were sold in Buckhead in October 2021. These numbers are down compared to the summertime high of 170 homes sold in June. June is nearly always the busiest month for closings to take place. Sale prices ranged from $400,000 to $4 million in October, and the average was around $1.3 million. The average prices have remained consistent throughout 2021. These statistics don’t include off-market sales, such as the highest sale price in Atlanta’s history, which closed for $18.1 million last month.
The condominium/townhome market saw 129 homes sold in October, between $100,000 and $3.2 million. The average condo sold was a 1,500 square foot unit for around $420,000. Two condos were among the top 10 sales of the month.
