In January I attended a technology trade show in New York City that is geared towards real estate. I was blown away by the technology that was being showcased by a new 3D technology company. I purchased the specialized equipment needed to create 3D models of my listings and became the first real estate broker in Georgia to own this technology. This quantum leap in technology will literally allow me to show my listings to potential buyers across the globe.
The process of creating these models involves hundreds of high-resolution scans that are stitched together to form a realistic dimensional model that is accurate to 3/4 of an inch. You can see the first two properties below that we have tested this on. Already this has allowed me to offer first-hand walk-throughs of potential buyers for these listing who were as far away as Switzerland.
