Tower Place Park

The Tower Place Park is a pocket park tucked away amidst office buildings and condominiums in the heart of the Buckhead shopping district. Located within walking distance of the Buckhead MARTA station, the park features manicured grounds with winding sidewalks, fountains, shady trees, and sculptures. Tower Place Park is an ideal getaway for those seeking an escape for a lunch break or a breath of fresh air in the middle of a work day, and it’s a pleasant stop along a cut-through from MARTA to other destinations in the neighborhood. At its center is a large Cryptomeria Tree that was planted on September 11, 2003 as a tribute to lives lost on September 11, 2001.
Three sculptures, Boy Holding Boy, Giggles, and Wings, are located within a bubbling fountain and were created in 1998 by artist Gary Price. Atop a circular podium stands a statue of the late Paul D. Coverdell, a United States Senator who was elected in 1992 and again in 1998, and had previously held the office of director of the Peace Corps from 1989 to 1991.
Location
Tower Place Park is bordered on two sides by Tower Place Drive NE, and faces 3348 Peachtree, also known as Tower Place 200.
