While Buckhead Real Estate as a whole did wonderfully well in 2015, no records were set for home prices. The highest sale was the $6 million (cash) purchase of 2000 Garraux Road, a discount of 25% off the asking price. The previous record price for a home in Buckhead was the $10.5 million that Jeffrey Sprecher paid for his beautiful Tuxedo Park estate in 2009.
Buckhead Luxury Home Sales Increase 21 Percent!
