At A Glance

What We Love

Popular local parks, playgrounds, and Beltline are integrated pleasantly into the neighborhood and are the center of attention, providing an outlet for active families of all ages to enjoy the nature that abounds in this lively residential area.

What We Don’t

Collier Road is a busy cut-through from Northside Drive to Peachtree Road, and it runs through the center of the neighborhood which adds traffic to an otherwise peaceful area.

Real Estate

Most of the homes were built by developer Herbert W. Nicholes shortly after World War II as compact cottages. You can also find unique gems you won’t find anywhere else! Most home prices in the area range from $800,000 to over $1,100,000 and lots tend to be about ⅓ acre each.

Location

Collier Hills is bordered by I-75 to the south, Northside Drive to the west, Tanyard Creek State Park on the eastern edge, and Atlanta Memorial Park to the north.
