Often referred to as Buckhead’s River District, Paces is nestled into a broad curve of the Chattahoochee River. Home to The Westminster Schools and Lovett, these elite private schools attract many families to the neighborhood, resulting in a nice “bump” in the real estate market every year when acceptance letters go out.

An exclusive area, residences include predominantly single-family homes, but you will find very nice townhomes tucked away between subdivisions.
