The PATH400 Greenway is a multi-use paved trail that follows GA400 through Buckhead. The project is part of an initiative to create more parks and greenspace throughout Buckhead, known as the Buckhead Collection. PATH400 serves as the backbone for the Buckhead Collection, connecting parks, trails, schools and neighborhoods to the urban core of Buckhead and ultimately to the Atlanta BeltLine.
Livable Buckhead has led the development of PATH400 in partnership with the Buckhead CID and the PATH foundation. The PATH Foundation is well known in Atlanta for projects like the Silver Comet Trail, Tanyard Memorial Trail, and Stone Mountain Trail.
The planned route will eventually extend 5 miles from the Atlanta Beltline Peachtree Creek Spur, north to Loridans Drive NE. There it will continue north and connect to an upcoming path being developed by the City of Sandy Springs.
North Buckhead, Wieuca Trace, Peachtree Park , Tower Place, Lenox Square, Miami Circle, and the Lindbergh/Sidney Marcus commercial area.
PATH400 is currently completed and opened from Sidney Marcus BLVD to Wieuca Rd.
The spirit of Buckhead heads forward. This is the way it has been, and perhaps this is the way it will always be. The spirit of Buckhead points forward. You see it in the way we work, and you see it in the way we play. The reach is always extending further. The search is for excellence and beauty and grace and vibrancy.
We are a community of individuals. We are diverse, we are dynamic, and we are discerning. We are builders. We are connected to one another with a common bond. A common dream. A common quest. Pointing life in one direction. Forward.
